La Capanna dei Celti was born as the natural evolution of a long and passionate professional journey undertaken by chef and founder Gianni Birocchi, supported with sensitivity and dedication by his wife, Stephanie Harrold. Drawing on years of experience, already consolidated in the management of a previous restaurant, La Finestrella in Montalto, their shared vision has transformed into a new space where culinary identity takes shape with authenticity and simplicity.
After years of continuous research, Gianni and Stephanie have created an environment where the culinary gesture is not merely technique, but an expression of passion, care, and respect for the raw materials. Each dish is the result of a refined balance: select ingredients, recipes that tell stories of territories and traditions, and a creativity that always remains faithful to quality.
